Summer is all about the freshest, juiciest fruit of the year – and refreshing cocktails by the pool, of course! Our September cocktail of the month is perfect for your end of the summer parties.
For the Razz Sparkler:
Fill a flute with your choice of champagne an inch from the top, then add a splash of creme di cassis – a blackcurrant flavored liqueur. Drop a fresh raspberry or two in the glass for added flavor and glamourous appeal.
Combining a little bit of your favorite bubbly with full-bodied, sticky sweet creme di cassis is a simple and sophisticated way to toast the changing of the seasons. Happy sipping!
