A New Style “It” Girl

We only had a few words in response to 95% of the dresses at Sunday night’s Grammy’s: “Yawn.” “EW!” “What else is on TV?”
Katy Perry looked like a frumpy hippie slowly forging her way into disco, Rihanna was just an unfortunate ton of fabric and feathers, Beyonce was wearing stiff upholstery fabric… it was just so sad!
Thankfully, our new favorite up-and-coming style guru continued the spot-on looks we’ve seen from her this award season: Lea Michele, we just love, love, LOVE you! Her Ramona Caveza feathered mini-dress was snug and flowy in all the right places. Her hair? Gorgeous. And look at that waist (ah, the beauty of a wrapped fabric torso)! It was just the right mix of fun, flirty and age appropriate at an event like The Grammy’s.
This girl has all the characteristics of a new style “it” girl – incredible talent, a hit show, and a stylist who needs some serious high fives.
Other notable mentions from this past Sunday: Heidi Klum (obviously), Jennifer Nettles and Jennifer Hudson (who TOTALLY gets dressing for your figure – she rocked that structured Victoria Beckham dress!).
