Maddison Row Trunk Shows

by Sara

We just love the girls over at Maddison Row – and that’s an added bonus, because their dresses are some of the best in town, too! Which is why we get giddy when they clue us in to upcoming trunk shows… not that either of us are in the market for a wedding dress, but it’s always fun to go and swoon…

This fall they have some pretty fabulous dates lined up that you won’t want to miss. So grab a friend – preferably an engaged one! – and snag an appointment to check out the two marvelous designers below:

October 14-17: Monique Lhuillier’s Spring 2011 line (as well as a few tried and true faves from previous seasons)

November 11-13: Carol Hannah. She’s back for a taste of her beginnings (the Project Runway finalist worked at Maddison Row way back in the day), and will actually be in the store the 12th and 13th.

For appointments at both shows, please call Maddison Row at 843.720.7979. Located at 171 Spring Street.

Wild Flour Pastry

Wildfour

It’s been five months since baker-extraordinaire Lauren Mitterer opened Wild Flour Pastry on Spring Street, and things are looking – and smelling! – better than ever.

The bright and quaint shop is quickly becoming a welcoming neighborhood jaunt, with its mouthwateringly flaky scones, rich muffins, calming teas, warming coffees and a million other delicious treats. The bakery is also one of the companies that supplies goodies to popular new coffeehouse Hope and Union.

Lauren’s prices are incredibly cheap for how sensational her food tastes…pay a visit to her shop today and see what all the fuss is about, or call on her the next time you need snacks for a meeting or gathering!
